Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an optically active piperazine, e.g. capable of producing the optically active piperazine from a racemic piperazine under a mild condition in a good yield and optical purity and also improved in working property and economic property. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing an optically active acyl piperazine and/or the optically active piperazine is characterized by performing the reaction of the piperazine having an asymmetric carbon in its molecule and being a mixture of its optical isomers with an acylating agent in the presence of a hydrolyzing enzyme to produce the optically active acylpiperazine and the optically active piperazine and collecting the optically active acylpiperazine and optically active piperazine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
【課 題】 作業性及び経済性よく、例えばラセミ体のピペラジン類から光学活性ピペラジン類を温和な条件下で、収率及び光学純度よく製造でき、しかも、作業性及び経済性が向上した光学活性ピペラジン類の製造方法を提供すること。 【解決手段】分子内に不斉炭素原子を有し、光学異性体の混合物であるピペラジン類と、アシル化剤とを加水分解酵素の存在下で反応させ、光学活性アシルピペラジン類と光学活性ピペラジン類とを生成させ、光学活性アシルピペラジン類と光学活性ピペラジン類とを採取することを特徴とする光学活性アシルピペラジン類及び/又は光学活性ピペラジン類の製造方法。 【選択図】なし
